Pricing & Payments.
The total cost for salon fix standard wig installation and styling is K2350, inclusive of customization (bleaching, plucking, installation, and styling). Bridesmaids styling ranges from K750 to K1,000, depending on the chosen style. A non-refundable booking fee of K1000 is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance must be settled before or on the day of the appointment.
Terms & Conditions:
Bridal Installations.
Bridal installations are completed one day before the wedding to ensure a flawless look.
Customisation & Wig Drop-Off.
Wigs must be sent in at least three (3) days prior to the appointment for proper customisation. Late wig drop-offs may result in additional charges or rescheduling based on availability
Cancellations & Rescheduling.
Booking fees are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new appointment date (subject to availability) if rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before the appointment) will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
Punctuality & Late Arrivals.
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointment. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; beyond this, a late fee may apply or the appointment may be rescheduled. No-shows will result in a full-service charge with no refunds.
Client Responsibilities.
Clients must ensure their natural hair is clean and free of product buildup before the appointment unless additional prep services are requested. Any specific requests should be communicated in advance to ensure the best possible outcome.
Final Results & Adjustments.
The stylist will ensure quality service, but minor adjustments must be requested before leaving the appointment. Once the client approves the final look, no further changes will be made.
